Just like a regular phone call, your calls with Ringo might fail due to many reasons. In such cases, please make sure that:
- You're calling from the same number you registered with Ringo.
- The destination number is operational. If the receiver's phone is switched off, out of order or outside the coverage area, your call will not go through.
- You have sufficient Ringo credits in your account to make the call.
- If you are on a prepaid mobile plan, please make sure you have sufficient balance (not Ringo credits) in your phone to make a regular local call.
If you are still unable to connect your calls, please contact us and indicate the number you are trying to call so that we can assist you further.
